Gerts Way: A Modern Beach House with a Mid-Century Soul 0
Some houses need more than new finishes — they need vision.
When our clients first walked through Gerts Way, what they saw was potential. What others might have dismissed as dated or disjointed, they recognized as an opportunity to reimagine the home entirely. With guidance from their trusted realtor and a team of experts brought in early, they were able to look beyond the “before” and envision what this property could become.
The result is a thoughtful, full-scale renovation that transformed Gerts Way into a modern beach house with a subtle mid-century twist — a home layered with warmth, intention, and deeply personal details.

Our role was not to reinvent it, but to enhance what was already there, layering personality, joy, and a distinctly Vineyard sensibility throughout.

Pennacook: Small Footprint, Big Personality 0
Our Pennacook Ave project was a complete teardown and rebuild in the historic district of Oak Bluffs. Due to historical preservation ordinances, the facade of this teardown had to remain exactly the same as that of the original structure - luckily the same did not apply to the interior of the home. Beyond the coral door, this whimsical home opens to creative freedom and endless possibilities.
