Senior Interior Designer (Project Lead)

Vineyard Decorators is a growing interior design firm and 20,000-square-foot furniture showroom on Martha’s Vineyard. We specialize in custom residential homes, full-scale renovations, and turnkey furnishing projects.
We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept through installation. This is a hands-on leadership role for a designer with strong construction experience, client management skills, and a sharp design eye.
What You’ll Do
- Lead residential design projects from initial concept through final installation
- Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and furnishing and finish schemes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and vendors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentor junior designers and design assistants
- Source, specify, and price furniture, materials, and finishes
- Prepare client presentations, drawings, renderings, and boards
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years of interior design experience, including residential projects
- Strong construction-based design experience
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, or Houzz Pro and NCIDQ certification are preferred.

Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Operations Manager and showroom management team. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with products and data, catching discrepancies, and keeping systems accurate and organized.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage inventory, including cycle counts and inventory records
- Assist with quality control and damage claims
- Maintain product information, pricing, and website listings
- Update and organize operations spreadsheets
- Support the Operations Manager and showroom management team with daily priorities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with spreadsheets
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Availability to work Saturdays

Front Desk Manager

We’re looking for a welcoming, highly organized Front Desk Manager to help keep our showroom and daily operations running smoothly. You’ll be a first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting the team behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and help manage calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate product replenishment and keep the front desk organized
- Support our Bookkeeper with scanning, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks
- Help the team stay on top of daily details and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- A friendly, professional manner and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Availability to work Saturdays
