White Glove Delivery Service

We’re happy to offer a white glove delivery service on all purchases, whether it's a single rug or an entire dining set. Your items will arrive at your door thoroughly inspected, assembled and ready to use. In some instances, on-site assembly may be required for your new items. When this is the case, our delivery team will remove and dispose of any resulting packing materials. 

Delivery Fee Rates:

  • Martha’s Vineyard: $60
  • Chappaquiddick: $90

If you are replacing existing furniture or ready to part with old furniture in your home, we’ll happily take care of the removal and disposal, for a dump fee of $30 per item.

In order to make the delivery process as quick and easy as possible, please make sure that you’ve cleared space in your home for incoming furniture, in order to avoid incurring extra charges. 

We allocate 15 minutes for each delivery. If you require more time, or if you would like the delivery team to assist you with rearranging furniture, we're happy to do so for an additional charge. We charge $75 per hour per person, with a minimum charge of $75 for the first ½ hour. Please sign your release form prior to delivery if you require extra time for furniture to be rearranged. Additional time must be decided upon and paid for 24-hours prior to delivery. 

Please allow a 24-hour notice if you would like to reschedule your delivery date or time. If you are unable to do so within that time, an additional $60 fee will incur in addition to the standard delivery fee.

We ask that someone is present to meet our delivery team, unless previously arranged. If our delivery team arrives and no one is able to receive the delivery, we charge a $60 return fee.
