Sel De Mer Collection products are made by hand from local artisans, who weave one piece at a time from natural rattan. These products include unavoidable variation in color (due to the dye process in which each piece of rattan absorbs color differently), texture, uneven grain, blemishes, scratches, marks, and cracks. These features are not defects, but rather part of the material’s natural characteristics. By ordering from this collection, you accept the characteristics unique to each item and the hand woven nature of the product. You agree that no claims will be approved regarding these natural variations. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.
